Laddoos are traditional Indian sweet. The time taken to prepare Ladoos are really negligible. You need not spend hours on it's preparation. Today l am bringing to you a traditional Laddoo with little changes keeping in view the health benefits of this dish. This is a Rava and roasted Bengal gram flour Laddoo. I have made use of powdered brown sugar as it is not harmful for our health having in mind the people who diet as well as having an eye for the sweet restricted people.

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Rava 1/4 cup


  • Roasted Bengal gram flour 1 cup


  • Brown sugar 3/4 cup


  • Ghee 6 tablespoons


  • Cashewnuts 15 nos


  • Badam 6 nos

Directions

  • First roast Rava and powder brown sugar
  • Now add the roasted Rava, roasted Bengal gram flour and powdered brown sugar and blender in a mixer.
  • Now melt ghee in a wok or tava
  • Add the Rava and roasted Bengal gram flour and powdered brown sugar alongwith melted ghee
  • Now add the roasted cashewnuts and shredded and fried badam
  • Now make balls out of the mixture. You get Rava roasted Bengal gram Laddoos
